Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay for classes?

We accept debit or credit cards for payment.  The monthly tuition fees are withdrawn automatically on the 1st of every month.  If your card declines on withdrawals, there will be a $25 late fee charged with additional $1 per day fee until the payment is received.

Can we still join your classes after the term has started?

Yes.  If a student enrolls in the middle of the month, the fees would be pro-rated for that month and then regular monthly tuition fees would continue for the following month.

What should my child wear for class?

The gymnastic students should wear biketards or leotards with sophies (shorts).

What are your term dates?

Our commitment terms are month-to-month with a 30-DAY WRITTEN CANCELLATION NOTICE.  During the cancellation period, you are still responsible for the remaining tuition within those 30 days (which depends upon the DATE of the cancellation, fees may be pro-rated for the next month).

Can parents watch?

Yes. We have a class viewing area. We ask that if you choose to stay, that you treat it as a learning classroom by keeping conversations with other parents to a whisper, please place cell phones on vibrate, and cell phone conversations should be taken outside.

If you have a toddler with you, we prefer your participating child to be dropped off for class. If you choose to stay, the toddler must be seated with you at all times. A curious toddler can lead to someone getting hurt. Also, non-participating siblings may not be left to stay without a parent or guardian.
